Returns

We accept returns within 3DAYS of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

  • Not fall under our list of non-returnable items.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your request.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items purchased during clearance, final sale, or promotional events marked as non-returnable.

  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse after delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 Business Days.

Please note:

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.

  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, design, or replacement item, we offer exchanges subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us at derozmi26@gmail.com within 3 DAYS of receiving your order.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund in accordance with this policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 HOURS of delivery at derozmi26@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

  • A brief description of the problem.

Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs 75rs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
